A: The web site migration service that our company is offering is free of cost (within a certain limit). We’ll migrate your web site(s) to our ultramodern cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that swapping hosting providers can lead to lost information and undesired network downtime. This is the reason why we will accomplish all that for you for free!We have highly capable administrators whose main task is to make sure that your web site functions exactly as it did on your previous hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–made websites, as well as websites that are based on popular apps such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time window, because there are many factors, among them the size of the web files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll do our best to transfer your website within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (when the website content is not very large).

A: We don’t need any sensitive information. We’ll require, though, the login info for your present hosting account along with the name of the website that you would like to move.

A: User privacy is indeed one of our foremost priorities – because of this, both our payment transaction page and our CP login page are protected with enterprise–level digital certificates. We employ safety measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and administrative methods to secure the info that we collect online. And we’ve also got a very detailed and rigid Privacy Policy, which specifies the types of information that we gather.

A: While we move your web site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your old hosting provider. As soon as the migration is finished, we’ll ensure that everything is working properly and that the integrity of your web content is not affected before telling you that the migration is completed. After that, we will tell you how to transfer the domain to your hosting account with us and how to edit your DNS resource records.

A: Nope. We’ll never get in touch with your hosting provider about anything. They will not be aware of the web site migration either.

A: Yeah. We support all traditional Linux–powered web hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–powered web hosting platforms, as we do not offer Windows hosting services ourselves.We also do not support proprietary site creation and administration user interfaces such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
